I was sent an email from someone who had a pest control blog site today, asking me if I would add a link to their site on my Ant Hill Wood site, and they would do the same to attract more site traffic.
Needless to say I have sent back a polite message telling this person to go and take a running jump, as I will never affiliate myself to any site which advocates the killing of ants or other useful wildlife, as I strongly believe in the conservation and preservation of our wildlife, and would never advise anyone to kill ants, as there are always ways to stop any unwanted insects from invading your home without the need to kill them.
In view of this recent email, I wish to point out that it is not the policy of this forum to advocate any form of pest control, even though adverts may occasionally show at the top and over which we have no control while it is a free forum.
I will also make a point of stressing this to anybody who wishes to email me with such a proposal about linking to my site in the future, as I simply will never add links to pest control sites EVER
