Hello,
I have a quick question, what happens if you order a Ant colony and when they arrive they appear to be healthy, but workers start dying on day 2 and continue to do so and say like within a couple of weeks they are all dead. Can you contact the shop? what do you guys do if this sort of thing happens?

It depends, normally you stand a better chance if they die within the first week, other wise more blame can be put down to the owner and how he/she is keeping them, but maybe if you start reporting it right away that an oddly large number of them are dying off when they first arrive, you should stand a better chance.
I know from experience that AntsKalytta is very helpful when it comes to replacements, and will normally send a new colony out ASAP, so I'd say try and contest it if you believe that it couldn't have been avoided, other wise it may be a lot harder.

Every seller has their own policy about replacements or refunds, as some will only do so if you send back the entire colony or queen back within a certain time; and all the ants must be dead on arrival or die withing a few days, as if you have a colony over say 2 weeks then it might be claimed as owner error that killed them
