I went to the pet shop today to get some crickets for my lizards Spike and Peat, And the guy there I know as I tell him how my pets are and yes my ant colony and wondered if I had space to adopt a rare purple albino leopard gecko. Yes she can bite, was reason I think he can't sell her. Anyhow another pet and rare also added to others in my room.
and yes got her cage free too

Very unusual, the skin reminds me of an uncooked turkey leg with the nobbly bits

Her weird yellow bumps on her do remind me of them dalek bumps or a plucked chicken, Her feet and hands she holds on to stuff seem like alien for some reason,
Shes is interesting.

That thing looks cool, her nostrils are big, hope she doesn't get offended by that comment!

No Jen I won't keep a crocodile, Think I'm at my limit with pets I can look after, Even thought they did have a giant monitor lizard in pet shop they have lose running around called Lilly she died last year though of old age of 19.
I have to keep Spike and "Gecko" I don't have a name yet", From looking at each other as they would see each other as food .
And no dermy . I think all lizards have big nostrils with shedding there skins, They even shed skin from inside their nostrils which they sneeze out. And yes skin can get stuck some times you have to pull it out which is like rolled up news paper coming out of one of nostrils.
She won't Woody, Shes not bit me yet 8-)and hope she never does.

I had a pair of African fat tailed geckos once which are very much like leopard geckos (But different colouration). The male lost a few toes because of bad shedding, the old skin can cut off circulation to them and they fall off. If the geckos have trouble, put them in some shallow warm water to help loosen the old skin.

I hope she don't get this nasty lol and I think geckos a flat tailed one too but lost its tail.

She's cute looking!
That spike looks brilliant too, I like the spikes on the side of his throat area!
Do you breed those Locusts, I would assume that's what it is or a "Grass-Hopper"? If so you must have quite the elaborate set up.
