I have a Fish tank for a nest. It's about the size of an A4 paper... Is this too big? Can I maybe divide it in 2? But then when the colony gets big what do I do then...anyway I need help as I think my hatchlings are about to pop. They are white ant mummies...I know there's a name for that...just don't remember

I would only fill it to about a third with soil or sand, and place plastic bottle caps on top for feeding.

Cool I will do that. Should I make a small tunnel for easy digging when I introduce them to the formicariam? Can u do this by placing a small plastic pipe in the ground or should I stay away from anything un natural?

I too started with a small tank, but very quickly got rid of it, I found that it was just too big for a new colony, and I never seen any movement or tunnel construction, as they headed to the darkest deepest part of the tank, and you find yourself wondering if they are still alive. I still have the tank but have never used it again and it now gathers dust in the garage, I get more satisfaction and viewing time from standard ant nests.
