2 new cases of Alabama Rot has turned up in Sussex. Link Alabama Rot it is a flesh eating disease that has been attacking dogs in various woods around the country, firstly down the New Forest from 2 years ago. There is very little hope of a cure, and so far I read one article that said they are linking it to muddy areas. Very worrying as I like to take them around woods, but have stayed up on open ground recently, I wonder how it started and what causes it as the vets are stumped at the moment.
