Anthouse no longer sell to the UK

I'm not 100% sure but I think anthouse has stopped selling to UK customers. I went to order a new nest and a pheidole queen only to confronted with a message saying they can not sell to the uk.

I just went on my account and got the same message, as I could not even put anything into the shopping trolley. The only way to find out why Roberto has done this is to email him, as he will lose a lot of customers if he is no longer trading with the UK.

I emailed anthouse.es and got this reply.

Hello, we continue to sell to UK without any problems with eBay, Amazon and Anthouse.es. That yes we had problems with the way of payment of an English customer, made 30 orders for paypal with errors, did not respond to emails, as his PayPal account has problems and could not finish orders.
