Sadly our best singing canary died yesterday. His name was Chips, and he was an orange factor roller with the strongest and loudest song you could ever hear from a small bird. Now he will sing no more, as we found him dead on the bottom of his cage. He had hurt his leg a few days before, but this seemed to be getting better as he was sitting on his perch perfectly fine in the morning, but died later from what we think may have been a heart attack or possible stroke?
