If they are indeed fugax I'll try to make a polygynous colony, maybe two attempts of two queens together and the last two alone.

The other queen might be Tetramorium caespitum, if she isn't S. fugax.

I think two of the Lasius niger aren't niger, they are bigger and have clearly white stripes that separate each section of the abdomen. they also doesn't look like niger when in front of the sun, usually the Lasius niger queen have their abdomen that shines or has some relfection, here not.

Ants which are full of eggs will have expanded gaster plates, and this gives the appearance of white bands or stripes as the skin below the plates stretches.

The Lasius flavus queen has like one cocoon, and not much brood. She can't use one of her back legs. I hope she will do well. I have nice set up waiting for her

I have found queens There was plenty of Lasius niger that I didn't caught. I have caught 9 queens but I'm not sure if they are solenopsis fugax or tetramorium caespitum, I don't really know. If someone knows how to differenciate them please tell me ! And I caught one parasitic Lasius too.

I got today an handmade all in one formicarium and a colony of at least 20 Messor barbarus workers. I'll post pictures tomorrow. I have bought some seeds at a bio store and I made myself a nice seed mix for them. I only added the smaller ones as the colony is small. The guy I bought the ants of had in his house some Atta and Acromyrmex and plenty of other ants like trap jaw, japonicus, turkestanus, etc. I don't remember the name but he had very big ants, quite scary too the were like predatory a bit, and few very big ants. He also had a leopard gecko and a red runners "colony" I think it was the Atta queen I'm not sure I remember right it could be the Acromyrmex, she is huge and scary ! I would say like 3cm in length and 1.5cm in width but very nice workers ! but no way I own a queen like that she scares me like crazy ! I quite liked the Pheidole too.

The drops you see on the glass is parrafine oil I need to clean it The queen is on the left room. there are rooms on every face but to go on the other faces they need to go through the other hole, they are now in a little separated area as they are like 20 workers. the brown area is sand that I thought thay might need for anything so I dopped a bit there. As you can see there is a nice river of water and some aquatic plants !
