Hey guys! Because of the area around where I live having been treated for Fire Ants (Solenopsis Invicta), it is extremely hard for me to find them here even though Houston County Georgia is considered a quarantined, infested area. If there is anyone here on the forums that lives in Middle Georgia and would be willing to help me out with finding or obtaining a RIFA Queen, I would greatly appreciate it.
I would even be willing to meet in person if anyone possibly wanted to help me find one, that would be great. Otherwise I would just like any heads up on where in Middle Georgia, or when the Fire Ants (Solenopsis Invicta) are having their nuptial flights. It has been raining on and off for 3 days straight and we are about at mid summer now, but I haven't seen a single Alate of ANY species, let alone the Fire Ants I am after. Any sightings or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time. Enjoy the summer!
