I made a video for the video competition that seems to of disappeared. The weather has been awful these last few weeks with lots and rain and really windy but I managed to get a few shots even it it looks like I'm shaking the camera when it just the wind shaking the plant like mad.
The video shows some Lasius niger farming aphids. You can clearly see them drinking the droplets of honeydew. The video does go on a bit so after a minute or 2 so feel free to fast forward. As the weather was only nice during small periods it also happened that while I decided to do any filming a random neighbour decided to use a chainsaw. However theres still some nice natural sounds from the birds.

It was a lovely well made video James, and it was cool to watch the workers gasters swell with an obvious overload of honeydew intake. ;D The competition was prematurely ended due to lack of interest and members videos, so sorry about that
