hi to all I have had my messor barbarous queen for 10 weeks now. She is a new queen with 3 or more tiny larvae, and I think some eggs too but hard to tell. I think that the process is going too slow, was hoping to have pupae by now can any one help on this.

You cannot rush brood growth rate, but if you put the queen somewhere dark and very warm, and give her a few seeds to make ant bread, then her larvae should develop a bit faster.

Heating could help, as long as you don't let it get too hot. 20-30 degrees celsius should be good.
