I personally use beech chips and I find they look nice, I used to use paper towels but they were awkward when they needed cleaning as I had to take most of the stuff out.

I enjoyed every minute watching her eat. It was like cat and mouse, she is very fast (I take it you have found out that it is a she?) Where do you take reptiles if they get sick, as I am guessing local vets are not always working in that field?

Where do you take reptiles if they get sick, as I am guessing local vets are not always working in that field? Sorry for the late reply. And yeah. I can confirm that it's a female just by shining a torch through her tail just where it's bottom is. There's a reptile vet in Cardiff I believe. If not, I'm waiting for the new vet's by me which are soon to be opening. I can then confirm with them if they can deal with reptiles etc. I hope!!
