Hey,
Welcome to my Lasius Flavus Colony! This is a colony that the wonderful Dayshadow sent me, and it is a 4 queen coalition (For now...!).
The four queens are currently looking after some eggs and maybe some small larvae, though I can't get a very good look at the pile. I plan to keep them in a Y-Tong style nest, to hopefully remove the issue people have of never seeing them and struggling to make them eat.

The egg pile has grown overnight, and they have a few small larvae now too I believe. They are loving the dark and warmth of my airing cupboard!

For pictures, only really have an iPhone - I can see what I can do! Will be easier when they aren't in the cupboard either

Today I noticed the 1st cocoon! Slightly ahead of schedule, the airing cupboard is working wonders!

This colony has a few medium sized larvae and still the one cocoon, she must have been an early egg!

This colony is benefiting from having 4 queens, there is easily 20 cocoons and still some larvae to pupate. There will soon be a nice population boost Excited to move them out into their nest when the workers arrive!

The Niger queens first workers had me buzzing with anticipation, and upon a check just now, the first callow Lasius Flavus worker has emerged! She is almost pure white - it's adorable! Hopefully a few more will arrive this week and I can get them moved out, they are running very low on water.

Slightly strange, I haven't seen the worker since - no dead body. I assume she is blending in with cotton wool/cocoons.

From outta nowhere, a population explosion, still with a large collection of cocoons, we have now 12 yellow workers. I shall be moving them soon.
