There's ants are small and nothing much about them on internet apart from there from Asia. I'm trying them in a acrylic nest set up so you can see everything and there test tube homes connected to foraging bit and I hope there find there new nest opening.
There do follow each other in 2's at times which maybe to check out there new nest home, Also there like honey water and don't seem interested in insects.
I'll try and upload a video later, I cannot seem to take photos of the brood in test tube as its so scratched,
But I'll have a video.

There moved in there nest tonight and now can take photos of them.
There's around 21 workers now I can see them and some brood and new cowls, The Queen can be easy seen as been a little larger and darker colour to rest.

Colony seems settled in fine. The temp was as low as 7c last night that worried me as I'm keeping there's ants at room temp.
This morning as things started to warm up when I checked in to nest I had a small shock as some of the workers was curled up and I thought was dead, Under inspection the antennas was twitching then all of sudden some workers just got up and started to wondering around or going back to brood and queen, I don't know if there had a small sleep or with it been cool over night sent them in a small hibernation mode, But I will look out for this behaver in future and not demise them as been dead workers scatted around there nest.
Another thing to point out is there is no dead ants as I think this species eat there own dead.

Seems at only one time only bout 3 to 4 seem to be foraging for food and chewing bits off a dead cricket to take in to nest. There bin zone seems to be just out side there entrance with bits of everything just out or small black spots of there garbage. Numbers seem down but lots of new larvae so I wonder if there life short life's.
Colony's fine and queen. ========================= =========================

Even with the hot weather, This colony seem to be slow growing. Colony size are 19 larvae 7 and pupae 4.
Not seen any dead in colony, And some workers seem to forage for about 20minets to a hour before returning back to nest, This is also day and night.
I am a bit shocked today with them dragging a dead cricket in to nest which now I cannot remove but I hope it dry's out as they're good with moving garbage around many times there size which I'm shocked over like mini super ants.
Ant's are slow but, If a worker gets out it can be hard to catch them as in, There some how go under a object you trying to collect her in.

Short video of there home.
Just damped there foraging arena and watered there nest oases. Also first dead ant I seen in months in arena but after video it vanished again so maybe in nest eaten.

I fear that the queen has died in this colony even thought the colony is getting larger.
A worker is carrying the corps what I fear maybe the queen this morning and is still carrying it around as I type. Colony numbers are around 25 now but the dark one that I fear is queen has died.
I hope she's not queen but I fear that she is.
I'll keep log open and see how colony goes on.

This colony is still very active but as I feared there is no new brood and workers are around 27 max now.
With out a queen I don't know how long this colony will last.
