Hi I can see a little white ant trying to get out of its cocoon but the queen isn't helping it will the new ant be okay?

Shouldn't worry too much if I was you, as ants have been finding their way out of cocoons for millions of years without having much bother. Formica don't usually have a problem getting out of the paper thin cocoon, as they kick and bite their way out. Just sometimes when the colony grows will the adult workers help their sisters out removing or cutting open the cocoon shell. The queen might help if she feels it is necessary
