Okay my queens workers all died and theres no brood should I boost the colony or wait for her to lay?

Boosting does spur your queen on to lay, that is if you can find brood to boost her with. She needs to lay pretty quick now before winter, as the workers will help her in the new season.

Okay boosted the colony with pupae one has hatched and its only been one day!Also when should I hibernate them?

As the weather changes and it gets colder towards November/December, depending on the species they will start to shut down, providing they are not kept in a hot central heated home. They need to be kept cold but frost free. Beware of placing upright formicariums in a garage or shed, they need to be insulated with bubble wrap or cloth.
