I was looking on the forums and I have been gone for some time.. Mainly because I lost the links and also because school has been all too annoying recently and has taken up a lot of my time.. But anyway, I thought I would have a little moan about being ill. It's something we all hate. However before I got ill, I asked to become ill so I could stay off school, now I regret saying it because I am ill.. I am getting really bad migraines and also full of a cold and to tip it off it's Mock Exams all last week and next week and I have to do them, even when I'm feeling the way I am.. Life is playing mean at the moment.. Anyway, there's my moan over with.. Feeling better after that

Hi Josh, welcome back; you can always find the link for "Ant Hill World" on Myrm's Ant Nest www.antnest.co.uk/ and Wood's Anthill Wood site www.anthillwood.co.uk/ which is now a new address. It very often helps to talk about it The more you "worry" the worse the Migraine headaches become. It is the pressure of exams and the dislike of school which is making it worse. I was the same during teenage years, many years ago now so I know where you are coming from. I used to get the full works, the flashing lights along with the upset stomach etc I thought problems would go away once leaving school, but work takes its place. The pressure and expectations you are put under in the workplace can be far greater, it is your "Bread & Butter" coming in then also, sorry to have to tell you It helps if you can do a job you like, rather than one you just walk into for the sake of money, and it is only education and qualifications that can give you that, as you know. Keep your chin up, and try to think of nice things, to keep those Migraines at bay, hard I know Try to eat healthy (not fast food too much) it does make the world of difference (Some foods do cause Migraines).

Thanks for the reply Jenant, I think I will do what you have said and try to eat more healthier foods because I'm hardly one to back down when I get offered take away food..lol. Also I suppose doing my exams is rather important for the reasons you have already given me. One being that they are required to be able to get a wider range of jobs to choose from and one of those jobs could be the job for me. As for my migraines, I will be going to the doctor's soon to see what they say about them, basically because they happen frequently and they hurt like hell Thanks for the help Jenant

Hey Austin, When I have been to the doctor's in the past about them, they have told me to go into a pitch black room with no noise and simply sit there or go to sleep. The only problem is, in my house that can be quite difficult as I have 4 brothers and one sister, so you could guess my house is hardly the quietest place to live in.. But still I try to do that when I can. Thanks for the help Austin.

Hey Austin, I also find my sister to be the most annoying one of the lot because she unlike my brother's he's annoying and evil slyly and she does it when my mum's not around and therefore when I shout at her, I'm the one whom then gets in trouble.. One of these days, I will catch her out
