How many of you guys still have your clocks set to GMT when they should now be on British Summer Time? Strictly speaking our time zone is correct during winter and it is set on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), as putting our clocks forward one hour is wrong; but every 6 months we diligently move the hands of our clocks backward or forward by an hour. Who gains anything from this? During the second world war it may have been of some benefit to farmers or school children, but do we actually feel any benefit from such changes today, apart from feeling tired due to missing an hour in bed, or less tired by gaining an hour? To be honest I see very little point in time changes, as if we were animals we would rise with the sun and sleep when it sets. But if you are still stinking in your pit, then get up as it's a beautiful day and the sun is shining. Well, at least here in Sussex it is. 9661
