With members from different countries around the world, we will find that jovial banter in posts can get confused for sarcasm. Brits are bound to have a different sense of humour to Americans or Australians for example, and even individuals from one part of Britain to another will have different humour or opinions about what others may post. Being a part of a large community does not mean we have to love one another, or hate each other because we differ; but I do enjoy being a teacher to others for lots of reasons. I admire a lot of people and have deep respect for anyone who likes ants and tries hard to keep them, but while I would love to meet you guys, I know it is impossible. If you do find you disagree with something posted, take a long look at what it says before replying, as it may not be hostile in content, but more of a humorous nature if they are from a different country or cultural background. All we can ask of each other here is to show mutual respect, as you can't love everyone no matter how much you may admire them or what they do in life; and try not to get jealous or envious if other members have ants you cannot afford or will never keep, as no matter what ants you have or how big your income is, we are all born the same and you cannot take wealth with you when you finally shuffle off your mortal coil. The key word for us all is RESPECT, and that's all any of us really want if we're honest, as this keeps the peace and prevents flame wars from breaking out.
