I think Wood's biggest colony which is most filmed has to be his Camponotus habereri. Check out his journal and you will see why, as he often videos this colony in an acrylic ant nest.

As far as filming an entire colony goes, I would agree that my habs are by far the biggest colony I have. Acrylic nests make videoing live ants so easy, as although my silver tank Messor barbarus colony (now owned by another member) was perhaps the largest, it was impossible to film all the ants in it as it was a soil nest.
