I think I may have posted this info before, but as I cannot find it I will add it here. Firstly you do need to make your photos a suitable size to fit the posting box, and even if you use the forum's own Add image to post button, the host site will only upload photos that are of a certain size, so please use an editing programme for pictures as all computers have them installed or you can download one from the Internet. Most of us use Imgur.com as a photo hosting site, as an account is free and allows for the storage of thousands of images. It also provides direct links for your pics that can then be copied and pasted here in the post box. All linked images start with the [ bracket, as other brackets do not work. So any photo hosted here begins with [img, ending with this ], then the URL goes here between the first set of brackets, and at the end it has the same set of brackets set with this /img inside the [ and ]. So the forward slash img goes inside those kind of brackets. Posting photos is really easy once you have done a few; but do please remember to down size them as most cameras make very large images, so they often have to be taken down to around 20% of the original size. As long as the width is not too wide to cause a scroll, then the height of the picture doesn't matter too much, though try not to make it drop so far it is hard to look at or has the subject at the bottom and wasted space on the rest of the image/photo. Here are some free photos imaging sites, www.makeuseof.com/tag/4-imgur-alternatives-for-uploading-sharing-images/Hope this helps?
