As I was born at 10: 10 PM at night, I tend to treat today more as my birthday. I was too busy with my ants to celebrate and then the new TV arrived, so we had fun and games setting that up. It would not work on the TV and load stations, but it was my fault as I forgot it wasn't tuned to an outside aerial source but was linked via HDMI lead to our Sky box, so once I changed the input to link to the satellite dish it worked. Being a 4K Ultra HD the picture and sound quality are superb. I wanted the OLED but sadly it was way out of our budget, but this new TV is far better than ordinary HD which is now relocated to my bedroom. Thanks for the warm messages guys.

my work pension is not that good sadly. I thought hd was good until watching the UHD (ultra high definition), and upgraded to nearly 4k, it's like having new eyesight. It looks so crystal clear, you could almost touch the images. It's better than the 3D we used to have, of which Sky have discontinued their 3D channel, so there can't be a market out there, yet a lot of tvs have it. I am waiting now for the ant programmes to come on geographic

Is there some upscaling involved to make the picture clearer? HD channels only stream in 720 I believe which is why when you watch a Blu-ray (1080) it's much clearer.
