I have found that some new members get a bit confused as to how to post a reply or a new thread on the forum. It really couldn't be simpler, as if you open up a board to read its contents you will find a "New Thread/Topic" button at the top right hand of each board page. Just click this to open, enter a topic name and type your post in the posting box, then simply click the "post message" button at the bottom left of the box 
The same goes for making a reply on an existing topic, you just click on the "Reply" button to do so; and you may also choose to add smilies, change the text colour, size etc.
So don't be put off by thinking you cannot make a post or new thread, as it really isn't such a daunting prospect after all
