An ant. But her antennae are disguised to look like an additional pair of legs and the jaws look like a spider's chelicerae. In addition, the ant has one pair of eyes, the petiole is a giveaway too.  Spiders generally have a 'head' and the abdomen right behind it. The ant's thorax can be seen. |

I think it is one of those spiders that mimic ants, as it appears to have palps and not jaws.  |
