New GameI am an ant species which uses workers to store food, and have been given the name of Honey Pot Ants by humans. What ant species do you think I am?

Camponotus inflatus is what I was told Honey pot ants are but there is a lot of ants with the nick name Honey Pot ants I think Myrmecocystus mexicanus is also one

This is a good one! It's a genus/species I didn't know about before; it looked a lot to me like Camponotus, but there was something not right about the way the head was seated on the thorax, which reminded me of Cataglyphis. I eventually broke down and read up on the several genera that go by the name "honeypot".

Okay, just a small clue to help guys. This ant is not found in the American continent, so it is definitely NOT a Myrmecocystus species; but as you can see it certainly is a Honey Pot Ant Attachments:

Haha. Isn't that second picture Camponotus inflatus? Or at least some black Melophorus? The ants are a Melophorus species, but giving away the exact species would have made it too easy.

Well the Melophorus bagoti repletes are also blondies, so it looks like there are two species in this ID.
