The little black ants that lived at the lower end of the valley were known as cowards, because they herded aphids like cattle (Cow Herds). ;D
None of the ants wanted war, but as they had no diplomats to talk peace, the warriors were all very keen to show persevere(ants) and anticipation to succeed.
