With the good summers we have had in the UK, spiders have increased in size and population. Now it is autumn they are invading our homes, so here is what to do. Click here for spider advice.

Good advice there Wood Spiders are everywhere this year. I see several spinning webs in front of windows and in plants.

I keep them around, they're interesting to watch and my sister's reaction to them is always priceless.

Let them eat the flies and other pests in the house! They will be gone by the first frosts in November...

I always leave any spiders I find in my room alone because spiders make a new web every few days so they never stay long.
