I have just been looking at a photo of part of England where I used to live, and thought it might be a nice idea for members to post photos of their town or countryside where they live. Things like castles or cathedrals or just places of interest that you love visiting? So if you take photos and fancy posting them here, not of your house or street; but just places like lakes or hills, parts of your own area that you find interesting, then please do post them as it will be nice to see what you like that is local to you. One of our favourite places to visit is South Harting Down situated along the South Downs Way. Not just because it has many large Lasius flavus mounds, as well as Myrmica and Temnothorax ants; but it also has some lovely views of the Sussex and Hampshire countryside.

5 Mins away Grenoside in Sheffield. Winter time in Castleton.
And Longshaw summer.
When I go around with family or on walks I'll take more photos.

Close to heart of Sheffield and some of green belt zones are nice and full with life over looking busy city.
This place is a small city of Formica lemani.
Old ski village that's now a ruin since it got burnt down and nature taken back land.
Panorama photo.
